Chief Financial Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial actions, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization. As CFO, you will lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You must understand how to motivate and inspire staff to achieve optimal results while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting clear goals, providing direction, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support. Regular performance reviews, setting objectives, and providing feedback are essential duties. Additionally, you will develop and implement succession plans for key financial positions to ensure continuity and stability within the finance function. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Type/ Schedule:
- Onsite, In-person
- Full time, Regular work week.
- On occasion, this position may require evening or weekend work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent discipline is required.
- Masters’ degree, preferred.
- Certification as a public accountant,
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Recent experience as a Chief or VP of Finance at a Health organization
- Knowledgeable of Federal and State regulation and filing SEC annual reports.
- Experience collaborating with external auditors during annual audits.
