Polikov Recruitment Solutions specializes in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance industry.

 

We have partnered with a premier independent insurance agency that focuses heavily in the transportation/trucking arena. They are located in the Metro Atlanta area and operate on a hybrid schedule going into the office 2 days a week (Mondays & Wednesdays).

 

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Transportation Specialist who has experience handling accounts that consist of large fleets (25 – 500 units).

 

This individual can come from the agency or carrier side of the industry.

 

Highlights of this role:

  • Marketing new & renewal business is the bulk of this role!
  • Build quality relationships with carrier partners & wholesale brokers
  • Support staff in place to help with MVRs, certificates, endorsements and back office tasks
  • Hybrid schedule (2 days in office)
  • Bonus geared towards results (new business bound & renewal retention rate)

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of Commercial P&C experience
  • Experience with commercial transportation accounts
  • Knowledge of the trucking/transportation market (carriers and wholesalers)
  • High-energy personality

Desire to grow within a small, but flourishing independent agency.
