Early-stage newer plant within larger organization needs an Industrial Mfg. Engineer

to handle broad range of duties to include process, continuous improvement, projects, machine processes, CAD designs for parts/other, maintenance support, troubleshooting, basic electrical and plc support (vendor support), production support -setups/takedowns/changeovers, commissioning / installing new equipment for new production lines, product trials, mfg. systems and metrics improvements and others.

Need solid experience in process and problem-solving skills and strong teamwork.

Looking for impact team member who can run with initiatives and projects as team player in dept. of 3 engineers.  Reports to Mfg. Operations Head.

Pay from 85-105k+ based on match.  Bonus eligible.Not looking for an overnight manager. BS Degree in any of BSME, BSEE, BSIE, BSMET, BSEET, or similar.

Associates degree alone not accepted.  Need solid mfg. engineering experience

of 5+ years of making impacts / improvements / problem solving with project examples.
