Our client is a well-respected insurance company that specializes in MGA/MGU delegated authority business. Bringing a new, modern specialty carrier to underwriting partners and their customers.
Position Summary: This rapidly growing company is searching for an Associate General Counsel to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for multiple legal functions, including providing regulatory advice, drafting contracts, interacting with regulatory agencies, and providing legal advice regarding insurance products and transactions.
