Director of Quality – Healthcare Exp Required

Northeast

 

We are seeking a Director of Quality to serve as a pivotal internal expert and leader within a healthcare organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage patient experience initiatives and resolution of grievances.
  • Lead performance improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Report quality data, adverse events, and clinical outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality and Safety Management team to streamline processes and enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • BSN required, Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of clinical experience in healthcare, with 5+ years in behavioral health preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality including clinical chart audits, data analysis, and developing actionable improvement plans.
