Our client is a fasting growing organization in the Health and Wellness Space selling dietary supplements in the US and International markets.
The CEO is the overall visionary and leader of the company and is charged with:
- Building and retaining a best-in-class, high-performing team with a great culture in line with the Company’s values
- Develop, gain agreement and execute the long range business plan and the annual operating plan
- Ensure healthy external stakeholder relationships (board, suppliers, customers, investors, banks, community, etc.)
- Financials - deliver the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow targets; recommend and deliver the capital expense budget; work with the board to manage the capital structure
- Developing and launching new products that help create a “competitive moat” around the brand, and expanding distribution
The successful CEO will accomplish these goals by working hand-in-hand with the experienced and loyal Leadership Team and Board of Directors to innovate and optimize the business in the very fast evolving global retail ecosystem with a focus on eCommerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, etc).
