Newer plant with newer equipment and air-conditioned plant within larger organization needs an Engineering Manager to handle broad range of duties to include process, continuous improvement, projects, machine processes, CAD designs for parts/other, project commissioning / installing new equipment for new production lines, new product trials, mfg. systems and metrics improvements and others.  Need machine based process experience along with product based process.

Need solid experience in process and problem-solving skills and strong teamwork.

Looking for impact team member who can run with initiatives and projects as the manager and team player in a dept. with other engineers.  Reports to Head of Operations.

Must be able to drive to the plant interview.  VISAS not budgeted. Regional relocation assistance available. Pay is experienced based on level of match.  Bonus eligible. BS Degree in any of BSME, BSEE, BSIE, BSMET, BSEET, or similar.  Associates degree alone not accepted.  Need solid mfg. engineering experience of 10+ years total of making impacts / improvements / problem solving with project examples.  Need several years as an Engineering Manager or Lead.
