Warehouse Specialist (Trainer/Work Instructions) - Greater Indianapolis (JO 5314)
An FDA regulated organization seeks experienced warehouse professional to be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing warehouse training programs & initiatives in their distribution center. One will need a Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years of experience contributing to the development of SOPs (work instructions) surrounding safety, operations, productivity, and continuous improvement.
This role will work traditionally M-F, 8-5pm, will not have any supervisory responsibilities but will hold occasional trainings for off-shift personnel. One must possess proven organizational and communication skills as they will be collaborating with business partners to develop, and deliver, tailored curriculum to hourly associates. Interpersonal skills are imperative because of this role's interaction in training but technical writing experience is key because this role develops work instructions. A professional that has prior experience with implementing a WMS would be helpful but not required. Compensation can go up to 75K base salary.
