What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Leader to grow and sell medical products for a new clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business forward, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintain partnerships. You will work closely with the Executive teams to obtain, meet or exceed targets.
This is a fast-paced changing environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, flexibility, and tenacity. The right candidate will be driven and able to partner with leadership to meet our client’s overall growth objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sales & Development - Lead initiatives to drive revenue and growth for a new clinic
- Build and Optimize Relations - Develop and maintain key partner relationships as a representative of the organization
- Customer Feedback & Insights - Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback. Lead efforts to implement improvements based on insights gained, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
The Opportunity:
Healthcare Deciphered is working with a client in Tupelo, Mississippi to create an award-winning cultural and environment for the ideal candidate to thrive and grow. This position is mostly commission based with a small base salary. The ideal candidate will be able to work with an amazing team and startup organization with venture capital financing set to launch a tremendous footprint nationally. There are multiple opportunities available.
This role is primarily outreach and sales. Candidates must be comfortable emailing, calling, texting, and/or engaging on social media platforms.
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience working in sales or healthcare services
- Ability to work in a remote and/or hybrid environment with high-speed internet
- Proven successful track record in sales within the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings
