Our client is a provider of hardware and software solutions used to monitor and analyze the performance of commercial and utility-scale renewable energy assets.
The Director of Business Development will increase revenue and market share by working with key stakeholders across the market including asset owners, project developers, and end users.
As the Sales team expands, this role will be responsible for determining sales targets, strategies and day to day leadership of the sales team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth through various B2B sales channels
- Strong understanding of the solar, renewable energy, and energy storage markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationships skills
- Experience working in the energy monitoring or renewable energy industry is highly desirable
Salary Range: $140-$160K
