Our client is a North American leader in manufacturing high-quality solar panels, operating in four offices and facilities globally, including California and Texas. They have 5 GW of annual production capacity and a 2GW factory in development in the US.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving market share and revenue in the utility and C&I markets. You will initiate and manage client relationships with EPCs and Developers in key markets across the country. This position will be key in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales cycles, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of module sales experience, ideally in solar energy, renewable energy,
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of solar energy products, services, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
