Clinic Manager – Urology (BSN Required)

• Reporting Structure: The Manager will report directly to an experienced Administrative Director, providing a clear line of leadership and support.
• Role Significance: As the Administrative Director's right hand, the Manager will play a pivotal role in addressing operational priorities and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Immediate Impact: Within the first 90 days, the new Manager will review current operations and deliver an overview of process needs, setting the stage for meaningful improvements.
• Autonomy and Leadership Opportunity: The level of decision-making autonomy will depend on the candidate’s experience and initiative. With the Administrative Director focused on strategic priorities, this role offers a chance to step in, take charge, and drive operational excellence.

Position Requirements:

• BSN required.
• 3+ years of Clinic leadership experience within a specialty area is required. Urology highly preferred.
