Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analyses to benchmark compensation and maintain competitiveness.
- Evaluate job roles, recommend salary adjustments, and support overall pay strategy alignment.
- Reward Program Development:
- Design and implement recognition programs to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Assess the effectiveness of current programs and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to compensation-related laws and regulations.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
- Collaboration:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
- Support critical processes, including merit increases, salary reviews, and bonus allocations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed of market trends and best practices in compensation and rewards.
- Proactively identify and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in compensation and rewards roles, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Finance).
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation survey tools like Mercer or Radford.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
- Hybrid role (combination of remote and office base)
