What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced LCSW in the best city in the country, Nashville, TN. The behavioral health center is currently a growing practice and expects to expand rapidly in the next few years. This position has the ability for growth and could easily turn into a supervisory position as we bring on other therapists.
The practice is non-profit. Their mission is to make healthcare as affordable as possible. The practice does take insurance and offer a generous sliding scale to Nashvillians in need. It helps the office is in a historic building in the city with easy access to and from the highway.
What you’ll be doing:
Model: We strongly believe in an interdisciplinary approach, and host team meetings where we discuss difficult cases, and collaborate closely on patient care.
Therapeutic offerings: The practice offers high quality, evidence-based treatment. There is a particular need in coping with trauma. Experience in trauma-focused therapy and / or DBT would be invaluable.
Administrative Duties: The practice has seasoned office administrators, who assist with all billing, insurance credentialing, and scheduling. Your administrative burden related to billing/coding/insurance would be very minimal.
Appointments: The practice offers both in-person and virtual appointments for our patients and would provide the flexibility needed for this continued service.

Your Qualifications:
- Fully licensed LCSW (not LMSW), LMFT, LPC-MSHP or equivalent with unrestricted license in TN in good standing
- Willingness / ability to seek insurance credentialing (if not already credentialed)
- Willingness to grow with our organization as we grow
- Willingness to offer both in person and virtual visits
- Strong desire to give back and offer high quality evidence-based counseling to Nashvillians in need
- Training in trauma-focused therapy and or DBT is recommended though not required
Compensation:
The salary for this position, while competitive, varies by location and experience. Please inquire within for more information.
