Responsibilities
* Oversight and management (both supervisory and strategic) of all global marketing for all company's services. Includes hands-on work and deep involvement and understanding of a variety of senior level marketing work functions.
(“Marketing” at our company is a broad term/category encompassing a blend of what, externally, might be considered inside sales, customer service, general marketing, and/or internet/SEO marketing.)
* Oversight and management of Manager of Americas & Europe Marketing (self) and Manager of Asia Marketing. Managers of Marketing train & manage their small teams of regional Marketing Representatives, who are responsible for outbound telemarketing (script-based), inbound customer service & 1st level tech support, and Distribution Inventory Locator Program (DILP) sales.
* Oversight and management of occasional domestic and international trade shows (may increase in future.)
* Oversight and management of the Social Medial Manager and Advertising Sales position.
* Oversight and management of relationship with internet SEO vendor.
* Oversight and management of all advertising spends.
* Document control of most Marketing documents, including procedure manuals.
* Periodic participation in senior-level management communications and discussions regarding service improvements and enhancements.
* Control and maintenance of DILP and Trade Associations mappings.
* Global Travel: Shanghai Office visit every 2-3 years, occasional global tradeshows.
