Industrial / Commercial Mfg. Plant needs a Night shift Production Lead Shift person

to oversee and be hands on with Production Operations including machine operators, warehouse and maintenance techs. Prefer candidate with prior or present machine operator experience that can fill-in where needed but oversee the operation as well.

Experience leading or supervising operator employees and machine operations needed. Industry experience with a high speed production facility needed.

Experience working with the maintenance techs is needed as well.  Able to train machine operators is a plus once oriented. Oversee night scheduling and product flow.

Associates degree preferred but high school and experience considered.

Need 5 years production operations experience with 2-3 years supervising or leading others in operations.  Position reports to the Manager of Production.
