One of our valued clients is seeking a Nurse Manager, Quality and Performance Excellence to lead quality initiatives, drive performance improvement, and enhance patient care in a people-first environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader passionate about quality outcomes and data analysis.

 

Key Highlights:

  • Lead quality initiatives at a mid-sized acute care hospital
  • Oversee data registries and performance improvement efforts
  • Support regulatory compliance for cardiovascular services

What We’re Looking For:

  • RN and BSN/Healthcare-related Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience required
  • Cardiac nursing experience preferred
