This for-profit healthcare system has over thirty hospitals nationwide and includes several Academic Medical Centers with over 4,000 licensed beds, and $4 Billion dollars in revenue. This 650+ bed flagship facility has the region’s largest and most advanced hospital dedicated to prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. They house the expertise of nationally recognized cardiovascular physicians with the area’s most advanced technology and personalized patient care. They have earned a reputation as one of the finest cardiovascular care programs in the country.

 

This location has 37 emergency room beds and sees 55,000+ patients a year. They are a Level 3 Trauma Center that has some of the highest employee tenure in the system. The CNO is looking for someone who wants to encourage and empower their team to be the best version of themselves. Patient care, quality, and employee engagement are top priorities for this unit. 

 

Requirements:

  • RN, BSN Required, Masters preferred. 
  • Must have 10 years of Emergency Room experience, 5 years in clinical nurse leadership. Director level experience required for this role.
