Business Development Manager
💲 $150K Base + Commission | 📍 California Bay Area
Join a Tier 1 Automotive Stamping Supplier serving top OEMs. We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow existing accounts and win new business in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Build & maintain client relationships
- Identify and close new opportunities via referrals, prospecting, and lead generation for our Stamping and Assembly Operation.
- Bring new opportunities to the Plant
- Deliver market feedback to support product development
- Create and present proposals to expand customer accounts
- Track leads and performance, reporting weekly to management
- Stay informed on competitors and industry trends

- MUST HAVE: “Automotive Stamping and Assembly Experience.
✅ Requirements:
- 5–7 years in Business Development or Sales (Automotive Stamping Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
