A respected acute care hospital in Hollister, CA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead its Food and Nutrition Services Department. This is a confidential search for an experienced professional who thrives in a clinical setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality nutritional care.

About the Role:

The Director will oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant food service delivery to patients, visitors, and staff. This includes menu planning in collaboration with clinical dietitians, maintaining regulatory compliance (Title-22, JCAHO, etc.), managing staff, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Experience managing hospital food services
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus
