Position Overview
As the Certified Dietary Manager, you will lead the Food and Nutrition Services Department with a focus on:

Daily operations management

Staff supervision and training

Patient-centered menu planning and dietary oversight

Regulatory compliance (Title 22, Joint Commission, etc.)

Collaboration with clinical teams on quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) license

Previous experience managing hospital-based food services
