This for-profit healthcare system has over thirty hospitals nationwide and includes several Academic Medical Centers with over 4,000 licensed beds, and $4 Billion dollars in revenue. They plan on doubling in size in the next decade and I have placed with them several times before and can tell you all about their mission, vision, and values.

 

This 120+ bed hospital is looking for a Surgical Services Director to join their team. This campus provides multispecialty surgical services such as cardiology, general surgery, plastics, podiatry, and ortho. This location has 5 ORs that do 250 cases a month. This Director will have 25 FTEs and report up to the Chief Nursing Officer, who has been at this location for over twelve years! He wants this Director to be a self-starter, show initiative, and have compassion for those who come into the hospital.   

 

The ideal candidate will have eight years of surgical services experience and three years in clinical nurse leadership experience in the service line. RN, BSN required.
