Clinical Pharmacy Manager
Western US
A growing community hospital in a beautiful Northwest setting is seeking a forward-thinking Pharmacy Manager to lead its Pharmacy Department. This leadership role oversees inpatient and infusion pharmacy services, ensuring the safe, effective, and equitable use of medications across the hospital system. You will lead the implementation of pharmacy policies aligned with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will play a key role in departmental planning, budgeting, workforce development, and leveraging data to inform clinical and operational decisions. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy care in a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Pharmacy, required,
- Master’s in Business, preferred, PharmD,
- Current State Pharmacist License, required.
- ACCP Board Certification, preferred.
- 5+ years of Clinical Pharmacy management experience in an acute care facility,
- 340B knowledge,
- Certification of BLS, required.
- Recent experience with the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program Leader, preferred.
