Interim ICU Manager Assignment – six month contract.

Immediate Interim Opportunity Available!

  • 60 bed community hospital seeking Interim ICU Manager for 6-month contract:
  • Lead a 10-bed mix ICU (lower acuity – MICU)
  • ADC 6-7 patients
  • EMR – EPIC

PRIORITIES:

  • Staff Engagement & Stability
  • Quality & Safety Metrics
  • Operational Reliability
  • Visible Leadership and Support to staff

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced ICU RN (BSN required, Masters preferred)
  • 3 years in lead, charge, ANM, or Manager level
  • Ability to cover breaks and or lunches as needed (does not carry patient load)
  • Strong communicator and team builder
  • Data-driven, comfortable with dashboards, scorecards, and KPI alignment.
  • Able to hit the ground running and partner with peer leaders across the hospital.
  • Active, unencumbered RN license (multi-state)
  • Positive, inspiring leader that can work well with others while holding accountable
