Position Overview
As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll be part of a skilled team dedicated to troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment across the facility.

What You’ll Do
- Lead with safety-first behaviors and practices
- Maintain process and packaging equipment including pumps, conveyors, fans, bearings, chains, and sprockets
- Perform welding, cutting, equipment setup, and dismantling
- Use a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Work on a rotating or fixed shift schedule with commitment to regular attendance
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Mechanical maintenance experience with process/packaging equipment
- Basic knowledge of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of sugar factory processes a plus (but not required)
