As the organization’s primary in-house legal advisor, you’ll partner with senior leadership to guide strategy, manage risk, and strengthen our legal foundation across two dynamic divisions.
Key Highlights:
✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts spanning construction, real estate, employment, and healthcare
✔️ Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer on multi-sector regulatory compliance
✔️ Oversee litigation, outside counsel, and discovery
✔️ Advise leadership on employment law, corporate governance, and risk management
✔️ Build a legal foundation that fuels innovation and long-term success
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Member of a State Bar
- 5–7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting
- Background in healthcare law or construction law (both preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative mindset
