Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven and mission-minded Medical Territory Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare organization serving the military rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between clinics, providers, and patients—educating, equipping, and empowering them with innovative rehabilitation and medical solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
- Educate providers and patients on available products and services to meet their unique needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, calls, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute regional strategies focused on both patient satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Coordinate and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of provider and patient interactions and report on sales activity, progress, and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competing products, and market developments to keep offerings competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and smooth operational coordination.
- Participate in professional education, training, and industry events to maintain knowledge and credentials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven record of success in medical device, DME, or healthcare sales (3–5 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a regional territory.
- Solid computer proficiency and comfort learning new CRM or reporting tools.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and patient-centered service.
Preferred Background
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or medical office environment.
- Familiarity with working alongside military or government healthcare systems is a plus.
Work Environment and Travel
This position offers a home-based structure with regular travel throughout the Norfolk, VA region to clinics, hospitals, and partner facilities. Occasional overnight travel may be required for meetings or events.
