As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key strategic role in guiding service line development, financial forecasting, and organizational growth. You’ll bridge data gaps, build predictive models, and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights that inform major business decisions.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Develop pro formas and financial models to guide new service line investments
✔️ Analyze and forecast performance of existing programs
✔️ Build predictive models that shape strategic and financial planning
✔️ Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Program Leaders to ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making
✔️ Create dashboards and reports that communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of healthcare BI or strategic analytics experience
• Proven skill in pro forma development and predictive modeling
• Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills
