Perioperative Services Manager

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily OR operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and collaborative workflows. Perfect for a nurse leader who thrives on both strategic direction and direct team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead all perioperative services, including intraoperative and circulator nursing
✔️ Manage staffing, scheduling, and surgical budgets
✔️ Partner with educators to strengthen orientation, competencies, and ongoing training
✔️ Mentor OR staff through coaching and professional development
✔️ Drive quality and performance initiatives (Press Ganey, Gallup, etc.)
✔️ Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across Surgery, ED, OB, and Trauma
Qualifications
• 5+ years of perioperative or surgical services leadership experience
• Strong clinical operations and staff development background
• BLS and ACLS required
• Collaborative communicator with proven process improvement success
