🔍 What You'll Do:
As Director of Structural Engineering, you'll join the senior leadership team to:
- 🤝 Lead client relationships as Principal-in-Charge for key accounts
- 📈 Drive business development, evaluating new opportunities and contributing strategic recommendations to the executive team
- 👥 Mentor and manage a dynamic team of engineers, guiding professional growth and overseeing performance reviews and development plans
- 🛠️ Oversee resource allocation and team staffing, ensuring project needs are met with precision
- 📊 Lead and manage complex, high-profile projects as a Senior Project Manager when needed
- 🧭 Influence the direction of the company by actively contributing to executive strategy and operational councils
🎓 What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Licensed Structural Engineer (SE or PE with structural experience)
- Proven leadership in AEC environments, including team supervision and business development
- Demonstrated success preparing RFP responses and driving capture strategies
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
