We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our Motor and Gearbox product lines within an assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across your region.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales development within a defined U.S. territory, focusing on both existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain a strong “road warrior” mindset; territory includes TX, LA, OK, KS, MO, and AR.
- Support the planning process by contributing to sales forecasts and making necessary adjustments based on market conditions.
- Track performance metrics and stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, industry-specific business managers, and fellow sales representatives to align strategies and maximize regional growth.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations through trade shows, customer visits, and professional presentations.
- Utilize MS Office and CRM systems effectively to manage sales activities, reporting, and customer engagement.

âś…Â Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience and education will be considered.
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of performance.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing new business opportunities, and closing complex deals.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.
- Highly motivated, with the confidence to cold call prospective clients and clearly communicate value propositions both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically selling gear motors to OEM and B2B customers, is strongly preferred.
