Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial projects. This role is crucial for managing our project pipeline and ensuring accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including multi-family and commercial developments.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and negotiate terms.
• Review and analyze bid documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including clarifying scope and addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
• PTO policy with two weeks of paid time off.
