Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the BDM will play a key role in driving 2026 growth by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing strategic business partnerships. This highly visible position will be essential for promoting key innovative and sustainable solutions to its clients and its partners.

*Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
*Identify and cultivate new clients and market segments across North America
*Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with clients and partners
*Negotiate and close profitable business agreements with key clients
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects success
*Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs
The successful candidate will possess….
*A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development ideally in the flexible packaging sector
*Proficiency with CRM tools, project tracking and office software
*BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field
*Proven ability to travel up to 40-50% primarily in North America
*Strategic thinking and analytical skills
*Excellent communications skills both externally and internally
*A “can do” attitude with ability to positively influence others
