We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with proven leadership and hands-on experience in thermal power systems, PUE optimization strategies, IGBT thermal management, and advanced liquid cooling technologies.

This Position will Lead Efforts for New Product Planning, Launch and SOP Programs.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Own and translate customer and market requirements, including thermal power demands, space constraints, reliability targets, and PUE objectives—into scalable liquid cooling product strategies, including cold plate and immersion cooling solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to define product requirements and drive the development of technical proposals, system architectures, drawings, and documentation for server liquid cooling components such as cooling plates, manifolds, and sealing structures.
- Provide product leadership across diverse thermal management applications, including IGBT heat dissipation, liquid cooling plates, and water-cooled radiator systems, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.
- Define and oversee cooling system validation and test strategies, including thermal performance, pressure, leak, and long-term reliability testing, to ensure product readiness and customer compliance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments in chip and server liquid cooling technologies, contributing to technology roadmaps and identifying opportunities for differentiated and innovative product solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical and product interface with customers, leading technical discussions, gathering feedback, and ensuring customer requirements are reflected in product roadmaps and execution.
- Communicate effectively and professionally across internal and external stakeholders, aligning R&D execution with product strategy and proactively addressing customer and market needs.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal Control, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in heat transfer, engineering thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong working knowledge of data center design standards, modern data center infrastructure architectures, and liquid-cooled server solutions, with a clear understanding of current and emerging liquid cooling industry trends.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering and delivery of cooling systems for data centers or AI server clusters, including leadership or significant contribution to at least one successful, customer-facing project within the past three years.
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers to gather requirements, translate technical needs into product specifications, and resolve complex on-site technical challenges; demonstrated strength in technical documentation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong verbal communication skills prioritized for customer-facing and cross-functional leadership interactions.
