Machining Sales Manager

With a highly skilled workforce, they now have over 50 CNC machines including bar feed lathes, vertical and horizontal and Swiss type units. Their consistent and profitable growth has created this key role to spearhead the future growth and prosperity of the firm while sharing in the profits generated from their unique capabilities.
Key day to day duties include:
*Work with and enhance current customer relationships by providing innovative solutions designed to meet customer needs
*Seek out new customer opportunities that align with the firm’s capabilities by utilizing digital marketing techniques combined with key customer visits
*Actively participate in key team meetings to weekly discuss past, present and future strategies to ensure consistent sales growth and profitability
*Effectively manage the company’s sales budget while meeting sales goals through a strong pipeline of opportunities
