Regional Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Regional Engineer to support technical marketing and product approval efforts throughout North and Central Florida. This role works closely with Departments of Transportation (DOTs), municipalities, and internal sales and product teams to expand product acceptance, improve specifications, and support infrastructure development. The position is remote, with regular travel throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead product approval processes with state DOTs and municipal agencies

· Support technical marketing initiatives to increase product specification and usage

· Partner with sales teams and product management to advance approval strategies

· Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and conference papers

· Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory and governing agencies

· Support competitive access to products on public infrastructure projects

· Identify and pursue DOT and municipal project opportunities

· Provide technical support related to specifications, standards, and compliance

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience

· Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

· Ability to travel up to two weeks per month

Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, specifications, and regulations

· Experience working with DOTs and municipal agencies

· Proven ability to execute technical marketing and specification-driven initiatives

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational, decision-making, and project management abilities

· Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
