Licensed Clinical Psychologist ~ Outpatient
Rocky Mountain Region
A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its outpatient care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that supports both clinic- and community-based programs.
Position Highlights
✔️ Salary Range: $115K–$145K annually (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with providers across disciplines to coordinate care
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and on-call rotation as needed
- Evaluate and support individuals receiving voluntary and involuntary care
What We’re Looking For
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in the applicable state (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders, preferred
- Bilingual / bi-cultural experience, a plus
