We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our people function and drive company culture, talent development, and employee engagement. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and performance management—ensuring HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation programs, and performance evaluations
- Maintain and update employee handbook, job descriptions, org charts, and records
- Administer benefit programs, analyze trends, and conduct employee education sessions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support employee relations, exit interviews, and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience; SHRM certification a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and benefits administration
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with H-1B processing a plus
