Summary of Responsibilities
- The Associate will report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations and work closely to support other leaders and team members in the department. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, a strong attention to detail, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Support RevOps administrative needs, including document filing, managing outgoing/incoming invoice processing and purchase orders, drafting basic DocuSign contracts, and some data entry.
- Liaise with Finance about fee-for-service questions.
- Communicate with team to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Other support as needed

- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy
- Strong computer and technical skills; proficient with MS Office.
- Experience with DocuSign and Asana a plus
- Experience working in a diverse environment
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to timely response to requests
Education and Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- This position requires a strong familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook; Excel; SharePoint), Salesforce, and a very strong attention to detail.
- Experience in customer-based business a plus.
