Role Summary
This position owns the top of the franchise development funnel, with a primary focus on generating high-quality, broker-sourced candidate flow. The Director will lead broker relationships, campaign strategy, and lead generation execution across multiple channels, while building systems and processes that drive consistent, scalable performance.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends relationship management, marketing execution, and performance analytics to fuel franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale broker-sourced lead generation across national networks and independent consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with top-performing brokers while expanding engagement with emerging partners
- Represent the brand at industry conferences, events, and webinars to drive awareness and pipeline growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital, direct mail, webinars, events)
- Manage and optimize territory check workflows, response processes, and candidate follow-up
- Drive improvements in lead conversion through speed-to-lead, messaging, and experience optimization
- Partner cross-functionally on resale strategy and experienced buyer targeting
- Translate field insights into compelling, operator-focused messaging and positioning
- Manage external vendors and internal support resources to deliver campaigns efficiently
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing visibility into pipeline health and trends
- Own lead generation budget and ensure strong return on marketing and vendor investments
- Continuously test, refine, and improve outreach strategies to increase broker engagement and lead quality
