Senior Product Manager (Liquid Cooling Server Cabinet)

This Position will Lead Efforts for New Product Planning and Management of Liquid Cooling Server Cabinet, Launch and SOP Programs in AI Server Clusters or Cooling Systems for Data Centers. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of liquid cooling server cabinet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of software development processes and market analysis to deliver high-quality solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Liquid Cooling System Structural Design and Optimization: Proficient in Open Rack v3 (ORv3) rack structure and tray specifications; familiar with various architecture server configurations and racks (e.g., Blackwell, Vera Rubin). Capable of independently completing the design and optimization of cabinets, Manifold (fluid distributors), etc. Able to select and layout CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit), PDU (Power Distribution Unit), UQD (Universal Quick Disconnect), busbar, tray rails, and other components.
FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Simulation: Conduct static and dynamic load analyses on key components such as the main cabinet, rails, and brackets to verify structural reliability and ensure load-bearing strength and stability.
Collaboration with Liquid Cooling System Suppliers: Define interface specifications, installation locations, and liquid piping paths for Manifold, CDU, and PDU to ensure sealing, pressure distribution, and heat exchange efficiency.
Cross Departmental Collaboration and Production Support
Collaborate with electrical and hardware teams to ensure no conflicts in routing space for liquid cooling pipelines, power cables, and server modules.
Support structural optimization during mass production, BOM cost control, and technical communication with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields; Master’s/Ph.D. preferred.
Proficient in English listening, speaking, and writing.
Over 5 years of experience in liquid-cooled server rack or data center thermal system design; preference for experience with Blackwell NVL72 architecture or similar high-performance liquid-cooled projects.
Proficient in 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA); skilled in using FEA analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, ABAQUS).
Familiar with North American UL 60950-1, UL 1950, and ETL certification processes; knowledgeable about EIA-310-E design standards.
Familiar with common manufacturing processes for server racks.
Fluent Chinese is an advantage.
