We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Excel “guru” to drive excellence across product design and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings rigor to complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quality initiatives across design and operations teams
- Build and maintain SOPs for order processing, quality assurance, and design workflows
- Identify and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and scalable solutions
- Use data to inform decisions, drive improvements, and monitor performance
- Support workforce planning and develop operational strategies for long-term growth
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in operations, analytics, consulting, or related roles
- Proven success building and scaling operational processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Self-starter with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Background in startups, consulting, or marketplace models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial modeling and performance analysis
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
