This hospital is part of a much larger parent company with over thirty hospitals nationwide! This system includes Academic Medical Centers, over 4,000 licensed beds, and $4 Billion dollars in revenue. I have placed with this system several times and can tell you all about their growth opportunities (they plan to DOUBLE in size in the next decade), mission, and values!

 

This campus has 90+ beds and is a full-service boutique hospital located in Oklahoma. The Interim Manager of Surgical Services will have oversight of their 4 OR suites that are incredibly busy! This person will report to the CNO who is very open-minded, very appreciative of those around him, and believes in fun in the workplace. 

 

This location will consider interim or permanent candidates at this time. It really depends on your timing and how you’d like to proceed. Perhaps try before you buy, or this could be your new permanent career home! 

 

Requirements:

  • RN, BSN Required.
  • 5 years of in hospital surgical services experience required.
  • 2 years of progressive surgical services clinical leadership required.
