We’re partnering with a specialty prosthetics practice to identify a Certified Prosthetist or CPO ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of a high-performing clinic. The Opportunity
This role puts you at the center of both patient care and clinic operations. You’ll lead from the front clinically while also setting the tone for the team, ensuring a strong culture, and driving performance across the clinic. What You’ll Do
• Lead all aspects of patient care from evaluation through delivery and follow-up
• Provide advanced prosthetic solutions with a focus on outcomes and quality of life
• Guide, mentor, and develop clinic staff while fostering a strong team environment
• Oversee daily operations, workflow, and overall clinic performance
• Build and maintain relationships within the local medical community
• Ensure a high standard of care, service, and patient experience

What We’re Looking For
• ABC Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO)
• Proven experience in prosthetic patient care
• Natural leadership ability with a desire to take ownership of a clinic
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Someone who wants to grow, build, and make an impact
