Opportunity Overview
The Newell Group is partnering with a well-established, clinician owned and operated prosthetics and orthotics practice in Mountain Home, Arkansas to recruit a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to join a patient-focused, employee-friendly, non-corporate team dedicated to providing high-quality, custom prosthetic and orthotic care to individuals with limb loss and mobility challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans
• Design, fit, and manage prosthetic and orthotic devices to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
• Collaborate with clinical and technical staff to ensure high standards of device fabrication and fit
• Educate patients and caregivers on device use, care, and functional training
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment focused on compassionate care
Qualifications
• ABC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) required
• Previous experience providing prosthetic and orthotic patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity
