What You’re Walking Into
- 34 beds across L&D, OB, and Triage
- Oversight of approximately 55 FTEs
- Direct partnership with a supportive Director of Women’s Services
- Executive visibility within a 150-bed hospital
You will help shape staffing strategy, quality outcomes, and team standards.

- Support clinical competency and cross-training
- Improve collaboration between L&D, OB, and triage
- Drive patient experience and regulatory readiness
- Reinforce accountability while protecting team morale

Background they’re looking for
- RN required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu)
- 5+ years of L&D clinical experience
- 2+ years of leadership in Women’s Services preferred
