A well-established private practice specializing in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is seeking a Lead Prosthetist/Orthotist to join its clinical team in the Greater New Orleans area.
This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality patient care across a diverse caseload while serving as a trusted clinical resource within the practice. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in an environment that prioritizes patient outcomes, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care
- Evaluate, design, fit, and deliver custom orthotic and prosthetic solutions
- Manage a diverse patient population across both orthotics and prosthetics
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and referral sources
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to less experienced team members
- Help maintain the high clinical standards and patient-focused culture of the practice
What We're Looking For
- ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO)
- Strong experience in both orthotic and prosthetic patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes
- Desire to build long-term relationships with patients and referral sources
