About The Role:
As the DC Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of Supervisors and associates to meet and exceed performance goals. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. High Base Pay and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and manage personnel to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Mentor and coach Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize data and performance metrics for root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to uphold policies and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operations management experience in logistics or distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Open to shift work
