A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Employer Services Practice Manager to lead a growing employer health practice that serves both the community and regional business partners.

You'll work alongside engaged executive leadership with the autonomy to influence strategy, elevate service delivery, expand employer partnerships, and help shape the future of occupational health services.
What You'll Lead
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Occupational Health and Employer Direct Care services while serving as the operational leader for a multidisciplinary team.

- Creating efficient, patient-centered operational workflows
- Driving service excellence and exceptional client experiences
- Identifying opportunities for growth and program expansion
- Monitoring quality, financial, and operational performance

- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, BWC, and occupational health standard

✔ Practice management or ambulatory operations leadership
✔ Strong client relationship and business development skills

✔ Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, BWC, and regulatory compliance
✔ A collaborative leadership style that earns credibility across physicians, employers, and executive leaders
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred
- Four or more years of progressive leadership experience in Occupational Health, Employer Health Services, Ambulatory Operations, Practice Management, or related healthcare operations
- Experience leading teams, improving operational performance, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience with Epic, Systoc or similar healthcare information systems preferred
- OSHA, DOT, BWC and regulatory compliance knowledge and understanding.
